Short-Term (6–12 months) Your investment is secured against the property through a mortgage, with interest paid over the term. This can be structured through RRSPs, other registered or tax-advantaged plans, or cash — a third-party administrator handles the details for your peace of mind.
Medium-Term (6–36 months) Also secured against the property. At completion, profits are split based on ownership share in the project.
Long-Term (5+ years) We co-own the property together, and our team handles all day-to-day management. Net monthly cash flow is split based on ownership share — as are proceeds from any future sale or refinance.
